Guidelines for Requesting a Subordination
Upon written request, 澳门新葡新京官方投资, on behalf of the Urban Residential Finance Authority (URFA), may consider the subordination of its mortgage(s) for refinancing proposals that will not seriously impact the affordability of the property or security of the public investment. Instructions for requesting a subordination are outlined in our subordination guidelines. Please allow 10 business days for processing. How to Request a Payoff Letter
To receive the payoff amount for your subordinate mortgage, please submit a written request via email to Kirsten Ryans at kryans@fx-binary.net. Please allow seven (7) business days for processing.
